A practitioner-led programme for operations leaders accountable for cost, quality and throughput across multi-site organisations. Participants work on their own operating problem throughout the twelve weeks.
Format: Hybrid — 4 residential days, remainder live online

Lean Systems Design
Standard work, flow design and quality at source.
Weeks 7–9
Supply Chain Resilience
Multi-sourcing, inventory posture and scenario planning.
Weeks 10–12
Capstone
Costed transformation case defended before a faculty panel.
